Assist the VP Director of Consumer Lending and Loan Operations, in managing a variety of financial and regulatory responsibilities of Loan Operations and Collection functions. Monitors customer service standards, reviews, interprets, and recommend changes to policies and procedures. Effectively problem solves customer issues relating to transaction history and account maintenance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Supervises five + subordinate personnel, and any departmental additions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Maintain a solid understanding of Microsoft Office products such as MS Excel and MS Word. Maintain an excellent understanding all systems utilized in Loan Operations such as Fiserv’s Cleartouch and LaserPro, CoreLogic Tax service systems, and Lee & Mason Insurance Tracking systems, etc.
