  • Overview

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    Under the general guidance of the Director of Strategic Process Improvements, the Process Improvement Analyst is responsible for facilitating in efforts to drive efficiency and sustainability throughout the entire organization by assisting in analyzing, designing, executing, measuring, benchmarking, monitoring, and controlling business processes across functional areas.

     

    Successful candidates will help ensure that business process outcomes are in harmony with the bank’s strategic goals. The analyst will also support collaboration across the enterprise to help improve the management of business processes, focusing on end-to-end processes, while analyzing innovation that can impact results, enhance profitability, and assist the organization with meeting its business objectives and goals by reducing waste, improving efficiency, and positively impacting employee and customer satisfaction.

    2. Conduct analysis and support of process development and improvement initiatives from concept to execution related to multiple business units and multiple stakeholders.
    3. Ensure high levels of customer service, experiences, and support standards are being achieved

    1. Evaluate and successfully implement new processes, technology, or services in a timely manner
    2. Support initiatives to implement positive change management
    3. Assist in the measurement of the value of processes, technologies, business lines, and functional areas, along with the value of process improvement initiatives.

     

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

     

    • Work closely with senior leaders and subject matter experts to help analyze, design and enhance processes. Analyze problem solving opportunities and solutions to improve processes and create efficiencies.
    • Help develop overall workflows Bank-wide by analyzing intra & inter-department dependencies to ensure optimum workflow, progress, and success. Support functional cross-training and proficiency across all assigned areas of responsibility related to process improvement.  
    • Analyze business plans, including ROIs and measures of success, for project initiatives.
    • Aid in the production of operational and financial analyses
    • Support and execute associated implementation plan, metrics, controls, and technology requirements with key stakeholders.
    • Communicate findings and recommendations to process leaders.
    • Support a Continuous Improvement mindset across the organization.
    • Contribute to the toolsets and methodologies used for process improvement throughout the bank.

    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Two or more years of related experience in business excellence, operational improvement, process improvement, corporate finance, project management, change management, and/or business transformation
    • Ability to conduct strategic, quantitative and qualitative analysis, particularly for rationalization and simplification purposes
    • Experience in continued process innovation using exceptional determination, self-motivation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong technical skills, including knowledge and experience with digital systems, Bank core systems (e.g., Fiserv), and desktop applications
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to conduct data analysis, process mapping, gap analyses, and solution development.
    • Ability to help manage projects, gather data, organize ideas, formulate recommendations, and implement solutions.
    • Experience in banking or financial services, corporate development, lean management (e.g., six sigma), and shared services is desired
    • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
    • Strong financial background desired.
